Who I am
I'm not a politician. I'm your neighbour. I've been out here in West St. Paul for twenty years. I bought almost five acres in 2006 and built my own home on it.
I was a project manager back then. Today I'm a realtor. I'm married, with three grown kids who grew up on this land, plus more parrots, peacocks, dogs and plants than I can keep track of. I'm running because the things that hit us hardest out here have been overlooked too long.

Not raise it again. Get it done.
Out here it's ditches, not sewers, and a lot were never done properly. Get them cleaned and graded so the water moves, and finish the developments that were left half done.

I spent my career as a project manager, so I know you can do both: welcome new homes and still keep the space and quiet, with the drainage handled and nothing overcrowded.

Our seniors have paid their share.
Seniors who own their homes shouldn't be carrying school taxes. Council doesn't set the rate, that's the province, but I'll champion it and carry it to that table.

Present and prepared at every meeting, and reachable in between. Most of what people want from a councillor isn't a policy. It's someone who actually picks up.
